Benefits Professional and licensed Attorney with extensive employee benefits experience.  Competencies include: Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) retirement plan document compliance, retirement plan design, retirement plan administration, relationship management, employee retirement education and communication, investments, retirement plan mergers, conversions and implementations.

While most of my experience has been focused on retirement plans, I have also worked with life insurance and flexible spending programs. I would welcome the opportunity to apply my skills to other benefit programs.
